Our machines are constantly operating throughout the working day, therefore it is a huge part of our company ethos to ensure we are doing everything we can to reduce our carbon footprint. From the amount of energy being consumed to general pollution and unusable waste produce.
We are proud to be chain of custody certified as a demonstration that we comply with the highest social and environmental standards on the market.
At our Tiptree factory in Essex, we have a comprehensive extraction system in place to collect any dust wastage generated from our machines across multiple stages of the panel manufacture process.
This system then takes all the waste material and feeds it into our on site biomass boiler. The energy created from the materials is then used to heat our entire factory.
By having this place to heat the factory, there is no need for vast amounts of unusable material to be transported off site, as well as eliminating other heating methods within our factory grounds. This all helps create less pollution amid the growing concerns of climate change.
