EGGER ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) edging is used to finish coated wood-based materials such as chipboard, MDF, HDF and lightweight boards. ABS edging is available in a wide range of widths and thicknesses and matches EGGER’s product decors, textures and gloss and matt levels.
Accent edging helps you to achieve a high-value look with minimal effort. Available in several decor and texture combinations.
ABS edging (paint grade) is paintable edging suitable for solvent-based paint, as well as for many water-based paints. The only difference between normal ABS edging and paint grade ABS edging is the surface.
Recent trends in furniture design have focussed on combining a variety of materials. PMMA (PolyMethylMethAcrylat) is a thermoplastic edging product that has been established for years, is reliable and easy to process.
Kronospan provide a range of ABS and PVC edging in standard thicknesses and widths. This thermoplastics product is used for finishing the profiles of laminated wood-based products with decorative and protective properties at the same time. The range is perfectly matched for color and texture with Kronospan’s melamine faced boards, aluminium boards, gloss and matt products, giving them an attractive and durable finish.
