What is CNC?

CNC or otherwise known as ‘Computer Numerical Control’ is a manufacturing process which consists of programmed computer software to dictate the movement of machinery.

With CNC machining, three-dimensional cutting tasks can be accomplished in a single set of prompts.

How Does CNC Work?

Once a CNC system has been programmed and activated, it will cut out the desired shape and carry out the dimensional tasks that were initially set.

CNC machinery programs are set by computers. Moreover, these programs are set and can be edited by professional programmers and coders.

CNC is an effective and trust-worthy process which involves little maintenance from human operators. Moreover, it is possible to pre-program speed and positions of the machinery to run them more than once.

What are the Benefits?

Our machines can perform repetitive tasks quickly and accurately ensuring the highest and most consistent end product.

Not only does this provide much improved lead times for our customers but it also reduces the cost per panel compared to hand cutting and drilling.
